We cover the whole metro, and Collinsville is a regular stop. Between the historic homes near downtown and the newer acreage properties on the edge of town, there's a lot here worth lighting, and the crew runs up 169 daily through the season.
✦ What We Do
Tap a service to see it in detail.
Custom roofline, gutter, gable, and trim lighting for your home, professionally installed and taken down each season.
Holiday lighting for retail centers, office parks, HOAs, restaurants, and event venues, designed and managed start to finish.
Installed once and used year-round. Change colors and patterns for Christmas, the Fourth of July, or any occasion.
Wrapped trees, lit shrubs, and illuminated walkways and driveways for a display that covers the whole property.
We take everything down after the season and store your lights, untangled and ready to go for next year.
Weddings, corporate parties, New Year's, and more. Custom lighting for one-time events or recurring celebrations.
✦ Collinsville Properties
Collinsville splits into two kinds of install. The historic homes around Main Street have the detail — deep porches, decorative brackets, tall narrow facades — along with the tight lots and on-street parking that come with an old townsite grid. Those jobs are slow, careful and worth it. The acreage properties on the edge of town have the opposite problem: wide open sightlines and a display that reads from the road, so it has to hold together at distance rather than up close.
We cross the bridge daily through the season, so Collinsville runs on the same schedule as the Oklahoma side rather than being fitted in around it. Outer-metro properties get the same crews, the same mid-season maintenance at no charge, and the same takedown and storage terms. There is no Oklahoma surcharge and no separate waiting list.
Most Collinsville homes run $1,000 to $2,900. Compact historic properties near downtown start around $800. Larger acreage homes with tree and landscape lighting run past $3,800. Pricing is identical on the whole metro.
✦ Collinsville Questions
We are over here daily through the season. Collinsville is booked on the same calendar as Tulsa, with the same crews and the same response time on mid-season repairs. The outer metro is roughly a third of what we do.
Yes. Everything is hung on clips sized to the gutter, shingle or trim it attaches to. Nothing is stapled, nailed or screwed into the building, and it all comes off cleanly at takedown — which matters more on hundred-year-old woodwork than on a new build.
No. Same rates, same packages, same maintenance guarantee. A house in Collinsville is quoted exactly as the equivalent house in Tulsa would be.
